Rich Santiago received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in Manila, Philippines, and completed his Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) online coursework sequence from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida USA. A licensed Physical Therapist in the Philippines (PTRP), Mr. Santiago is also an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credentialed in the United States by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (BCAB). He holds a DHA license as a Behavior Analyst Technician in Dubai Healthcare City.
Before working with various Autism centers in the UAE, Rich had previously been employed in different countries such as Hong Kong-China, The Philippines and Australia, bringing an invaluable international perspective to early child developmental intervention. His extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) dates back to 2003. With over 20 years of work experience, he has established a good reputation as a competent and reliable ABA clinician in the autism community of the United Arab Emirates.
Rich joined The Communication Center on July 2023 as a Clinical Supervisor. He aims to make a huge difference in the society, help more children and families in the future by sharing his experience, expertise, passion for mentoring the new therapists and teaching early learners using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
